One of the leading IT support companies in the South West, known for honest and jargon-free advice.
The existing site relied on stock photography and didn't reflect the business. The new site needed to feel credible and approachable without the usual enterprise IT clichés, while keeping conversion front of mind throughout.
Designed in Figma. I used Figma Make to vibe code the gradient background, giving the dev team a working reference they could build directly from rather than interpreting a static spec.

The Design
The old site relied on stock photography and didn't reflect who Acronyms actually are. The new site needed to feel credible and approachable without falling into the usual IT tropes: cold blues, generic imagery, walls of text. White space was the foundation, with clear hierarchy and consistent page structure throughout. Booking forms sit on every page to keep conversion front of mind without the layout feeling like a sales funnel.
The Photography
I directed a shoot at Acronyms' Plymouth headquarters. The brief was candid over corporate: real people in their actual working environment, nothing staged. Their old site used stock throughout, which created a disconnect between the brand and the people behind it. Replacing that with genuine photography changed the feel of the site entirely.
